Habitat for Humanity ReStores run on volunteers.

You don’t have to pound nails to be a part of providing safe, affordable, decent housing for future Habitat homeowners. There are many volunteer opportunities at Habitat for Humanity ReStores where you can share your time and talents. Proceeds from the sales of all new and used building materials, furniture, lights, appliances, and more at our stores fund the building of homes for our local neighbors in need of decent, affordable housing.

When you volunteer at Habitat for Humanity ReStores, you can enjoy a rewarding experience while meeting new people, networking and learning new skills. Best of all, you are contributing to the cause and making a direct impact on your community.

Volunteer activities are available Tuesdays through Sundays and vary day-to-day, but may include greeting customers, processing donations, refurbishing items, placing merchandise, and picking up donations. Come for one quick shift or stack them up to make a whole day of it.

The first step to volunteering is to attend a short volunteer orientation.

They are held every week at:

Wednesdays at 4pm
Fridays at 9am

Habitat ReStore Aurora

Saturdays at 11am
